No Time to Exercise

Family and friends are visiting and it's nearly impossible to keep any kind of regular workout schedule. I managed to go to the gym once last week but will have to put it on the backburner for another week.

On another note, has anyone tried the free 2-week online trial from Weight Watchers? I think I may give it a try. My eating habits constantly go from bad to good to bad again. Perhaps an online "diet" is the way to go.

Since at this point I don't think finding a weightloss buddy is practical anymore, it may make sense to be accountable to a company that is an expert at weightloss rather than someone who is trying to lose weight but who doesn't have the right tools and information.

I think I will give it a go. I'll report back.
